2 Bed Garden Flat Sleeps 6 Close to Brixton

Selbst nur zum Schlafen zu teuer. Enttäuschende Erfahrung beziehend auf die Bilder und Informationen Positive: Kommunikationsmöglichkeiten mit dem Anbieter (Firma) waren gut. Ausreichend Decken vorhanden. Wäscheständer beheizbar. Waschmaschine funktioniert super. Standort ideal (Brokwell Park, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten). Ruhige Gegend. Gute Anbindung (öffentliche Verkehrsmittel). Negative: Die Wohnung ist in einem schlechten Zustand. Es wurde schon sehr(!) viele Jahren nichts mehr gemacht. Handwerkliche Arbeiten wurden nur minderwertig ausgeführt. Sehr hellhörig, aus der oberen Wohnung alles hörbar. Instabiler Boden, Badtüre klemmt, fehlende Glühbirnen, manche Aussentüren nicht abschliessbar, Garten verwahrlost, viele Macken an Möbeln und Wänden, Risse in Fliesen, kein einziges scharfes Messer, etc). Alltags-/Haushaltsmittel nicht vorhanden (Waschmittel, Gewürze). Checkout später und Checkin früher kosten unnötig viel Geld (Angebot des Anbieters).

Fantastisk beliggenhed, til sightseeing i london, med gode overnatningsforhold. Positive: Gode faciliteter for pengene, nem adgang til den meget tilgængelige offentlige transport, og belligende i et meget stille samt roligt område. Der var rent og rart. Jeg har ingen klager at sætte. Negative: En enkelt extra gulvventilator ville have været rart. (Vi var i london mens der var 32-38 grader)

Positive: Charmant appartement ! Nous y avons dormi 4 nuits, 2 adultes et 3 enfants, parfait pour une famille. Joliment décoré, avec un jardin privatif. Le logement est propre et bien entretenu, la literie de bonne qualité. Un peu loin du centre ville de Londres (45 min en transport) mais très bien desservi par 3 bus à 5 min à pied qui amènent a Brixton pour prendre le métro. Quartier calme et résidentiel, avec un petit shop de proximité pour acheter à manger :) Negative: Petits détails, car nous avons presque tout aimé. Un seul rouleau de papier toilette et un seul torchon c'est un peu juste ;)

Positive: The apartment is large, a bit darker than in the photos, so it doesn't seem quite as elegant. We mostly slept there, so we didn't use the TV or other stuff. It seemed clean. There were a few unwashed items in the kitchen, but that's probably due to the previous tenants. Good communication with landlord. We really liked the Brixton district, which has a Caribbean feel. It was safe, even when we returned at 10 or 11 p.m. There's a bus stop nearby, tha leads to the metro. Negative: The photo of the kitchen in booking isn't from this apartment. I found the shower controls complicated. Some instructions would be helpful 🙂

Great location and a cozy place. Loved the morning coffee in the yard. Positive: The apartment was comfortable and cozy. Very convenient location Negative: Must bring a knife sharpener if you are cooking at home :). The neighbors staying in the apartment above were very loud even though the host had placed many signs about quite hours...but this was out of the host's control.
