Good flat in eastern London Positive: Nice 2 bedroom, 2bathroom flat. Nice outside space Negative: Basement flat. Dirty outsides, dirty windows , not so fresh bathrooms

Great accommodation for the price Positive: Great that we could fit 6 of us in at a pretty reasonable price for London. Quick response to our issues. Negative: I wasn’t aware at the time of booking that I’d be paying such a high amount of £350 for a security deposit. We had a problem with the front door jamming but they sent someone around to fix it and put a new lock on within a short time.
