总体还是不错的，客服也跟进的很到位 Positive: 地理位置比较方便；周围有地铁站及火车站；整个社区环境比较安静，没有打扰；房子里面各种设备（特别是厨房）设备很齐全；空间比较大 Negative: 就居住方面会希望在楼上也有一个厕所；有些地方显得比较老旧（厕所和卧室门），楼梯声响；希望在入住前可以发一个房子位置示意图，当天晚上入住的时候光线不好很难找到房子位置

Terrible! Steal deposit over anything they can find terrible service do not sta here!! Positive: Terrible service booked as had 6 beds then they try to charge us extra for using them. Taken our deposit with no evidence of any reason sent a report from cleaners and holding deposit for moving a table when we was staying for a week. Absolute rip offs do not stay here or leave deposit as it will be taken! Negative: They steal your holding deposit for any reason! Do not book with these!!
